John D. Niedzialek

John D. Niedzialek is a retired Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Special Agent with more than 27 years of distinguished federal law enforcement service. Born and raised in the Republic of Panama, he is fluent in Spanish and holds a bachelor's degree in International Affairs from Florida State University.

During his DEA career, Mr. Niedzialek served as both a Special Agent and senior-level manager across a wide range of international assignments, including Puerto Rico, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, and Canada, with extended deployments to Curaçao, Saint Maarten, and Suriname. In these roles, he led and supervised complex investigations and operational initiatives targeting transnational criminal organizations whose activities posed significant risks to the security and stability of the United States and its international partners.

Mr. Niedzialek also served as an Inspector within the DEA's Office of Professional Responsibility (Internal Affairs), where he directed sensitive internal investigations involving allegations of corruption, extortion, security violations, and professional misconduct. His oversight responsibilities spanned the Southeastern United States, the Caribbean, and Latin America, requiring the highest levels of discretion, judgment, and institutional integrity.

Prior to retiring in 2021, Mr. Niedzialek was appointed as a DEA Liaison Officer to United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) in Tampa, Florida. In this role, he focused extensively on the Middle East and Central Asia, including Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Bahrain, Jordan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Egypt, and Syria. He was responsible for integrating DEA intelligence capabilities, investigative resources, and source networks with U.S. military operations and allied partners to enhance regional security and advance U.S. strategic objectives.

Mr. Niedzialek currently serves as a consultant, providing specialized expertise in complex investigations and executive protection services in international and high-risk environments. He maintains a trusted and extensive network of professional contacts throughout Latin America, enabling the discreet resolution of high-level matters and the delivery of tailored security and risk-mitigation solutions for a diverse client base.
